Job description
¿ Strengthen and control the operations the company. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.¿ Must have experience in Policies, procedures formulation. Facilities Management software experience.
¿ Implement and monitor the annual and medium term operational plans, program and projects to meet overall objectives At least 4-5 years experience in managerial level in a facilities management company.and agreed timings
¿ Budget development and oversight experience.
¿ Academics: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a must
