Job Title :- Operations Excellence Coordinator

Job Location:- Abu Dhabi

Qualification Required: -
* Degree in Engineering discipline or Business Administration/Management with advanced knowledge/practice of change/quality/communication management systems/methodologies preferably in Oil & Gas.
* Training /certification in areas related to change management/QMS and communication.

Experience:
* 12 years, with minimum five years in operational excellence, business analytic, quality assurance and program management preferably in processing/oil and gas industries.

Job Specific:

¿ Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills with comfort in presenting to all levels within the organization
¿ Demonstrated performance as a change agent with a strong record of accomplishment in leading major process improvement projects
¿ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
¿ Certified to or familiar with ISO or similar certifying bodies (i.e. API) management standards and/or practices.
¿ Experience working with and managing external consultants
¿ Knowledge about methods, tools and best practices as they relate to operational excellence, such as lean, six sigma, and formal root cause analysis methodologies.
¿ Extensive work with the development and application of business metrics
¿ Team facilitation and coaching skills with ability to influence others.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY:-

¿ Act as point of contact for OEI with OE Departments and sites on creation and improvement of processes and for supporting the overall Operational Excellence program.
¿ Establish common standards using developed methods, tools and processes by identifying and disseminating best practice methods and tools.
¿ Develop and manage a framework for driving operational improvements and support OE business strategy.
¿ Support OE Departments¿ initiatives by providing subject matter expertise in core business processes, ensuring sites requirements are incorporated.
¿ Provide leadership in using business metrics to apply opportunities for improvement and then lead or consult on identified improvements through all stages of initiatives development and implementation.
¿ Monitor and analyze initiatives sustainability/performance and develop standard processes for communicating performance on a regular basis.
¿ Training, coaching and mentoring in operational excellence.
¿ Establish strong collaborative working relationships with OE Departments and Sites.
¿ Identifies and implements continuous improvement activities.
¿ Coordinates and takes ownership for the development, implementation and monitoring/auditing of operational excellence programs.
¿ Auditing or assisting with audits to ensure sustainability of implemented solutions.
¿ Compile performance metrics into reports and documentation as required.
¿ Facilitate solutions delivery, training and support to sites.
¿ Assist in managing OE Division QMS
