Job description
¿ Responsible for contract administration such as prepare fixture notices, prepare/check working/ original Charter Party, and liaise with various parties to ensure receipt of Charter Party and related documents with authorized signatories, and documentation of all contracts.¿ Create and administer document filing system such as written record of all fixtures, cargo documents, correspondences, etc.
¿ Ensure that fixtures are concluded according to proper interpretation of charter party clauses, shipping terms and practices.
¿ Negotiate and finalize main terms and charter party details with Charterers, Owners with authority from your Line Manager.
¿ Perform laytime calculations, and preparing statement of freight and statement of accounts.
