Job description

1. Carry out regular inspections of the works and identify any non-conformances to the superintendant and to QA/QC Engineer.
2. Ensures mechanical works are installed to meet the requirements of the Projects Technical Specification and Approved Construction Drawings.
3. Preparation of Mechanical and Electrical Inspection Request as per the finished works done on site based on the required parameters as instructed by the Project Manager.
4. Carry out and follow up inspection to ensure Non-Conformances/Site Instructions are cleared.
5. Distribute work load to my subordinate for the daily MEP releases.
6. Coordinating with Consultant prior site inspection as per daily MEP releases.
7. Ensure that MEP works are done on the exact proposed date to avoid project delays before consultant¿s inspection.
8. Performed site inspection and coordinated with project engineer for the completed work prior to rise inspection request to the consultant.
9. Attends material inspection, site installation inspection and demonstration before the consultant upon the completion of the work.
10. Carry out regular inspections of the works and identify any non-conformances to the Construction manager and to the Project Manager.
11. Ensure proper filing of documents is implemented by document control and site administration.
12. Perform material inspection.
13. Randomly checked and monitor materials on site.
14. Assist in Startup, Testing and Commissioning of equipment.
