Job description
A leading group of company in UAE is recruiting for the below position:-Position: Corporate Trainer
¿ Creating training manuals in different sectors (technical- system ¿soft skills).
¿ Reform the materials to match with the client¿s needs.
¿ Creating Training programs for public to achieve public¿s satisfactions.
¿ Making matrix network to identify the weakness and strength points for trained staff.
¿ Work close to the operation management in creating training materials.
¿ Work close to the customer service centers in developing customer service training¿s needs.
¿ Localize all the training materials to fit with different culture in GCC & Middle East.
¿ Areas of expertise in Soft Skills Training -Personality, business communication, Time Management, Leadership/ negotiation skills, Secretarial / Customer Service Trainings etc.
¿ Must have at least 3-5 years Training consultancy/corporate trainer experience in UAE.
¿ Nationality: Arabs Only!
¿ Salary:15,000 AED
