Job description

This vacancy is with our client, undertaking projects in oil & gas sector.

Work Experience with specifics to:

? Detailed design of Mechanical Process Equipment, Piping and Support structures.
? Package equipment engineering, procurement engineering, vendor liaison, FAT.
? Preparation of data sheets, RFQ, Technical bid analysis and vendor document review.
? Liaising with clients, inspection agencies and other departments.
? Giving input to draftsman/Junior Engineers and checking the calculations and drawing.
? Piping Engineering activities, Layout activities, preparation of stress design basis, critical line list, checking of stress calculation, preparation of hanger and rigid strut datasheets, checking of pipe supports, preparing pipe support load data etc. Developing plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout.
? Piping stress analysis using CAESAR ¿ II ver 5.10
? Procurement engineering activities for piping tagged items and specialty items and bulks.
? Must have FEED and Detail engineering experience and must be conversant with International Codes and Standards such as ANSI/ASME, ASTM, API, and BS.

Eligibility and Background:

? Bachelor¿s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (specialization in Mechatronics.)
? Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
