Job description

¿ Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic is a must
¿ Able to successfully conduct inbound / outbound calls, handle emails and mail, whilst understanding clients customer care philosophy and correctly interpreting customers comments
¿ Natural ability to enhance customer experience with great service.
¿ To challenge and solve problems faced by our clients.
¿ Able to collect and handle personal information with care and respect (confidentiality).
¿ Act as an ambassador of the brand and able to work under pressure
¿ Previous experience in luxury retail environment would be an advantage
¿ Salary ¿ 7000-8000 AED
¿ Nationality ¿ Any Arabic
