Job Purpose:
¿ To generate, organize and lead the sales team to achieve agrees BU budget of projects sales effectively and profitably.
¿ To Manager Division¿s Technical issues, Design, Material Procurement, Stores, Panel Assembly and production to meet project target economically and efficiently.
Principal Accountabilities:
¿ Promote effectively the company¿s brand, products and services to market place.
¿ Monitor sales team¿s performance and motivating them to achieve targets.
¿ Meet Consultants, MEP contractors and end users regularly and when and where needed.
¿ Analyse the sales enquiries and advise and support the sales team in giving quotations efficiently accordingly to customer¿s and project requirements.
¿ Direct the design department to produce drawings to technical standards and project specifications.
¿ Organize and control technical submittals for projects and provide the necessary technical support to the project manager.
¿ Bsc./Msc./University Degree in electrical engineering discipline from reputed university with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
