Job Description:
1) Oversees the evolution of project concept, design, scope complexities to draw down estimation and implementation plan.
2) Supervises the process of understanding the project scope, and complexities to ensure very meticulous estimation and submit proper competitive bid.
3) Negotiate and finalize the contract with coordination with owners, consultants and contractors to effectively initiate the project.
4) Coordinate and lead the team from material procurement, manufacturing, contract completion to installation and handing over to ensure smooth running of the project.
5) Lead interim meetings to control projects executions for completion within time, quality and budget.
6) Supervise and approve any project variations in scope, time or specifications to take corrective measures where necessary
7) Manage all elements of revenues and costs for all projects in hand to maximize overall profitability
8) Check occupational safety against high standards to ensure a safe environment for workers, customers and the environment, as well as maintain high corporate ethics and integrity.

¿ Manage the functions of all projects until satisfactory closing indicated by project duration, budget and client satisfaction.
¿ BA in civil or mechanical engineering or architecture.
¿ 15-20 years of experience
¿ English language proficiency
¿ Obsessed with high quality of work and demanding superior performance from employees, sub-contractors and vendors
¿ Required Excellent communication, team leadership, strict discipline, and very high ethics and integrity
