Job description
¿ University degree (B.Sc) in computer science/ engineering.¿ 5 years experience in User Support within IST team and in maintenance of networked computers, Telecom systems and peripheral devices like copiers, printers, UPS¿s, phones, ADSL etc¿
¿ Applying Total HSE Policy and HSE national regulations in its areas of activities;
¿ Responding to more than 40 IST Users requests for assistance within agreed time limits to call-outs;
¿ Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
¿ Behaving well and establishing good working relationship with end-users;
¿ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems (Total one VISION) and applications in all TEP Dubai office environment and location and also some other OPCO users who will come to the office when they need support;
¿ Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
¿ Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic useful.
¿ Well behaved, easily accessible with developed team spirit,
¿ Organized and able to work autonomously with ability to train others in various conditions.
¿ Already resident in UAE
