Sales Executive - Job DescriptionSales Executive Job Purpose: Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Sales Executive Job Duties:
¿ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
¿ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
¿ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
¿ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
¿ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
¿ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
¿ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
¿ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
¿ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
¿ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
¿ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
¿ Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
¿ Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
¿ Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
¿ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system.
¿ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
¿ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

¿ Must possess the ability to write well. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Arabic language skills preferred and highly desired.
¿ Proficiency in the use of standard statistical software applications and electronic spreadsheets (e.g., Excel); proficiency in the use of standard word processing software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word).
¿ Obtains Presentation and Project Management Skills. Creating power-point presentations and being able to present them properly.
¿ Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities and Exhibits Problem Solver Qualities.
¿ Be outgoing and optimistic. In order to be comfortable within your work environment, one must be able to interact with others cordially
