Job Description

? Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative and technical support to Relationship Management Team with Regional Head on priority basis.
? Managing Relationship Management Teams calendar/appointments.
? Prepare financial reports such as monthly achievement of RMs under Regional Head. Organizing travel management, coordinating meetings and agendas, taking minutes of meetings, preparing confidential documents.
? Collect and prepare data for monthly reports on organizing and enhancing business required by RH.
? Back up on with the Cheque Referral Team; ensuring that all ICCS and cash counter cheques, financials and technical referrals are taking action within the stimulated turnaround time.
? Respond to clients¿ inquiries and complaints via telephone, emails and even personally whenever needed making sure those clients are properly and timely attended directing them to appropriate / concerned person.
? Coordinating with RM¿s clients on behalf of them especially on special occasions / gatherings to maintain the good relationship with them.
? Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routing correspondence and reports.
? Organizing necessary files as required and to ensure that all files are kept up to date, undertaking all necessary filing.
? Updating team records.
? Assisting visitors and callers, handle their enquiries (request for an appointment, statement of accounts, etc.) and direct them to the appropriate relationship manager.
? Coordinating with other department assistants, coordinators, etc¿ concerning Corporate Banking Marketing.
? As assigned. (daily to daily case basis)
