¿ Role is to ensure collections of premiums of Bancassurance customers.¿ Manage, motivate and lead a team of Client Service Officers to achieve assigned persistency targets.
¿ To ensure persistency ratio is minimum 90% for the year.
¿ Review and monitor individual retention team members¿ performance and identify training and skill set gaps.
¿ To monitor customers¿ movements within buckets.
