Job description

¿ Responsible for monitoring, coaching, team developing and overall general management/operations of the company call centre.
¿ Create and troubleshoot call centre campaigns.
¿ To successfully manage and lead call centre team ensuring team spirit at all times.
¿ Train new staff on existing projects, call centre software, telephone techniques and customer service.
¿ Develop training material in cooperation with Project Manager. (Both for internal / external use).
¿ Provide call centre IT support.
¿ Previous experience in call centre / customer service.
¿ 2 years of consistent call centre supervisory experience in and inbound / outbound environment
¿ Develop training material in cooperation with Project Manager. (Both for internal / external use).
¿ Nationality: Arabs Only!!!
¿ Salary:12,000 AED
