Job description

This vacancy is for our client, leading Consulting Company in Abu Dhabi. Currently they are in the look out of a highly motivated individual with a strong background in administration.

Responsibilities:
¿ Provide executive assistance level to the senior managers;
¿ Create/maintain Essential company documents, Ops Files, binders and supporting documents;
¿ Primary support for the HR Officer;
¿ Assist with monthly forecasting of the company budget and financials;
¿ Track and staff operational support contracts;
¿ Interact with various contractor and vendors to support the Company¿s operational objectives;
¿ Assist with maintaining master list and oversight of company Properties, furnishing and holdings;
¿ Coordinate and schedule visitors in the Company¿s transit villa and hotels as required;
¿ Assist with preparation and implementation of the Safety and Security Plan;
¿ Create and maintain phone logs and personnel rosters and housing contracts when required;
¿ Assist with travel arrangement and Airport arrivals as required to support operations;
¿ Perform other duties as required or necessary;

Qualifications and Skills:
¿ BA in Business Administration or equivalent;
¿ 3 to 5 years of experience;
¿ Must have strong Professionalism, Organization, prioritization and be self motivated
¿ Accuracy and attention to detail
¿ Willingness to develop new skills
¿ Organized & motivated
¿ Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
¿ Ability to work with minimal guidance in areas of expertise
¿ Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic working environment
¿ Ability to juggle competing tasks
¿ Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communications (both written and oral) skills.
