Job description
¿ To support the Brand Ambassadors by assisting them in identifying their potential, continuous monitoring and coaching of their performance.¿ To maintain a professional working relationship with the external clients.
¿ Handle recruitment and training of newly appointed Brand Ambassadors.
¿ Monitor closely and coach the Brand Ambassadors on product knowledge, after sales services, complaint handling, brand policies etc.
¿ Previous experience in customer service and / or call Centre as supervisor or manager.
¿ Handle problems and issues and escalate to Account Manager when needed.
¿ 3-5 years experience as sales representative or in customer service (5 star hotels, top high end department stores, private jets / yachts)
¿ Background in the timepiece and jewellery industry and / or in luxury items
¿ Nationality: Arabs Only!
