Job description
The successful Electrical Design Draughtsman will develop basic electrical design drawings/specifications to detail design cabling diagrams, equipment connection details, cable termination schedules and cable routing drawings in either a 2D or 3D environment.¿ Measure factors that affect installation and arrangement of equipment
¿ Liaising with Professional Engineers during system development.
¿ Use computer-aided drafting equipment and/or conventional drafting stations, and traditional drafting tools
¿ Production of technical documents and reports On-site surveys in support of the development of detail system design.
¿ Task performance against budget and schedule and reporting progress to relevant leader/manager
¿ Review completed construction drawings and cost estimates for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations
¿ Knowledge of using Auto Cad and MS applications.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5¿8 years of experience.
