Our client has a prestigious property portfolio across UAE and successfully cover all aspects of Property Management including leasing. In this position you will be working for one of the most well known companies and as a leasing manager your duties will be:
¿ To source and secure new properties for Business expansion across the Middle East in line with Group¿s direction and manage the existing properties with a view to enhance their performance.
¿ Source and secure new retail leasing properties, locally and abroad, prepare plans, proposals and feasibility studies.
¿ Negotiate commercial terms and legal/ contractual issues with retail property management to enable successful signing of the agreements.
¿ It is imperative that you have strong verbal and written communication skills and an in-depth understanding around property as you will be required to liaise with the management, team members and the community on a daily basis.
¿ Work closely with the Operations management / team with regard to brand roll out plans
¿ Good knowledge and industry related experience in regional distribution, widely networked and keen to travel and develop network of professional & business relationships.
¿ Manage relationships with the retail property owners and all concerned authorities & parties
¿ Should possess an industry accredited certification like RERA, MECSC {ME Council of Shopping Centers]
¿ Nationality- Open
¿ Proficient in English and Arabic will be an advantage.
¿ Salary : AED 25,000 ¿ 32,000
