Job description

Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that suitable and appropriate heavy / light equipment vehicles are available to satisfy companys site operations and movements. He will be responsible for planning / allocating drivers & operators, managing and authorizing daily vehicle and equipment utilization & controlling, negotiating and reviewing the contractual obligations of service providers and establishing and maintaining professional relationships with their relevant representatives, insurance claims, etc... To be also responsible for the fuel distribution to owned and hired equipment and the reconciliation of deliveries and supplies. Ideal candidate will be a graduate in any discipline, with minimum 8 years fleet management experience and with excellent communication skills. Good command over English is a must and Arabic will be an added advantage and the candidate should be able to work under pressure for long hours when necessary.
