Job description

Activity in Briefs:-
*Accepting Support calls from the Customer
*Log the details in Helpdesk Tracking system
*Job allocation to designated Engineer/Follow up for the closure
*Updating the Helpdesk tracking system with appropriate closure documents from Engineers
*Prepare Daily report as directed by the Department Manager /Service Supervisor

Basic knowledge Required :-
*Effective computer skills, good communication skills.
