Job description

1) Arrange all required logistics for Talent Management activities, including booking of rooms, ensuring that resources required are available (e.g. projectors, admin equipment, refreshments etc).

2) Collate and analyse relevant talent data as required by the Group Talent Manager.

3) Review all materials for quality control and presentation requirements.

4) Print / acquire all required materials for talent activities (e.g. candidate / assessor briefs, marking guides etc).

5) Responsible for welcoming candidates and answer any queries on the day of the assessment / development activities.
