Job description

¿ Market, manage and control customer retention program, Service Contracts, Extended Warranty, Service & parts coupons, parts accessories, new products, service merchandising programs and to participate in major events & campaigns.
¿ To coordinate joint activities such as Service Clinics, Exhibitions, and Sponsorships for better marketing and public relations results.
¿ To communicate the general Service & Spare Parts Div. mission statement and strategies.
¿ To organize new Service/parts Centers opening and customers encounters.
¿ To determine opportunities to increase customers and business revenue.
¿ Follow-up and control Service Marketing operation in coordination with Service Marketing Manager.
¿ Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English & Arabic.
¿ Age : Less than 30 Years
¿ Business Administration and/or University Degree in Marketing with Computer Knowledge
¿ Product Knowledge, Personnel Management ability, Administrative skills, Good planning & scheduling skills
¿ Required valid UAE Driving license
¿ 3 to 5 years field experience in the same position with any Automobile Agency/Dealer.
¿ Salary Range : AED.8,000 ~ 15,000
¿ Location ¿ Dubai
