QUALIFICATION
Basic Qualification / Education /

Vocational Training
Bachelors or Diploma Degree in any discipline ¿ preferably engineering

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
¿ NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent International safety accreditation such as OSHA / IOSH
¿ Experienced and expert in Administrative skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a safety Officer, preferably in a customer facing or Construction environment
Specific / Relevant Experience
Experienced and expert in Administrative skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)

COMPETENCIES

Functional Skills and Capabilities
¿ Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the practical application of health and safety risk management in a complex operational environment
¿ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
¿ Expert knowledge of government rules and regulations/ policies/ processes
¿ Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an added advantage)
