This vacancy is with our client, leading Steel Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi

General Summary
Under the administrative direction and general supervision from Senior Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Assistant will plan, develop, implement, direct and administer all aspects of the organizations recruitment strategies arid providing support in the various Recruitment functions for all departments.
Provides support to Human Resources Department by handling recruitment related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

Recruitment:
¿ Co-ordinate recruitment activities, to include posting job openings, preparing formal advertisements
and announcements.
¿ Disseminating recruiting material, processing applications and maintaining log and flow charts.
¿ Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to the line manager about staff appointments and status of ongoing recruitments.
¿ Ensure necessary plans are in place to advertise staff vacancies in appropriate sources and assess the
status of applications,
¿ Ensure authorization forms are completed and signed off for each vacancy and that positions are within budget.
¿ Keep the vacancy list up to date and report updates at the weekly Recruitment meeting.
¿ Liaise with Line Managers regarding their recruitment requirements. Agree job descriptions and person specifications for each vacancy.
¿ Ensure all vacancies are advertised. Co-ordinate ali external agencies in fine with the company
standards and brief agencies on appropriate recruitment requirements.
¿ Negotiate rates with recruitment agencies and maintain agency database.
¿ Co-ordinate setting up interviews far Line Managers and ensure feedback is given to the candidates.
¿ Carry out first stage interview through one on one or phone when required. Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the department heads.
¿ Organize and manage Assessment Center and Psychometric Testing.
¿ Ensure all terms and conditions have been communicated, agreed and sent out to successful
candidates.
¿ Maintains and active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
¿ Obtains and assess ail certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
¿ Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and
recruitment programs.

HR Administration:

¿ Ensure proper maintenance of personal records of employees on matters such as employment contracts.
¿ Help put in place organizational changes (for example, those following from Industrial relations legislation, revised job classification structures or technological changes).
¿ Prepare and process employment and personnel reports and surveys; to audit and maintain personnel files on all new staff and the company.
¿ Generates recruitment related reports.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Haves)
¿ Graduate in Human Resources Management
¿ Have any preferred professional training advance training on recruitment, Training on interview and assessment skills

Professional Experience

¿ 3 plus years experience with a similar organization or experience with recruitment company providing manpower supply for similar organizations
¿ Knowledge of UA£ Labour Law, and current Recruitment practices

Key Performance Indicators

¿ Successful deployment of selected candidates should not exceed more than 30 working days.
¿ Maintains a record and manages to submit weekly and monthly recruitment report.
¿ Maintain overall team Spirit and Zero Complaints from concerned department heads.
¿ Ensure all required documents of employees are processed completely
¿ Offer letters and employment contract to be issued
¿ Will be responsible manage and administer the recruitment process within ESI, ensuring that the best individuals are recruited in the shortest possible time.
¿ Proper follow-up and coordination with Department Heads for UAE Nationals deployment process.
¿ Maintain records of the UAE National Talent Bank Management of short listed candidates.

Working Conditions
¿ Normal Working Schedule: Sam to 4pm (Sunday to Thursday)
¿ Regular and on time attendance. After hours availability if required.
¿ Perform on-call duties if required.
