Our client, a leading oil and gas company is looking forward to recruit Port Officer

Basic Function

¿ Directs, controls and supervises all day-to-day activities of an offshore Petroleum port on behalf of the Petroleum Ports Authority ensuring the full implementation of, and compliance with, Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports Law and its subsequent amendments by all agencies involved in petroleum ports operations.
¿ Monitors the performance of port operating services provided to the Petroleum ports Authority such as regulation of traffic movement, pilotage, water-side fire protection and oil spill containment and clean-up

Minimum Requirements
¿ Master (F.G) Marine Certificate from internationally recognized bodies with 8 years experience as an officer on-board ships of international shipping companies, 4 of which in the capacity of a Chief Officer/Master
¿ Must be fluent in English and Arabic
