Job description

¿ Prepare Annual Salary Review Guideline Model, process administration, approvals.
¿ Cost of living & Inflation Analysis of countries,Housing & School Allowances review.
¿ Administration of salary reviews and incentive payouts.
¿ Analyze and monitor employee effectiveness and make recommendations of changes which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and the market.
¿ Ensure accurate accounting/provision of employee compensations and benefits costs.
¿ Prepare and roll out annual salary review guideline model for UAE and other regions.
¿ Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on existing benefits
¿ Overall HR exposure of 8 - 10 yrs (max), should be exposed to an HR Generalist role & Administration with the knowledge of UAE Labour.
¿ Qualifications: Masters in Human Resources or equivalent, strong academics preferred.
¿ Salary:20,000 AED
