Job description
¿ Preparation of budgets, RFPs, review of proposals, project cost monitoring and progress reports and claims management for the projects¿ Handle pre-qualification and consultants¿ procurement for design and supervision currently. Includes budgeting and drafting RFPs for tendering and preparing tender reports and progress report.
¿ Review of all the Contractual/ Project Documents
¿ Identify contractual/commercial issues and seek resolution.
¿ Discuss and formulate strategies to deal with contractual issues.
¿ 12-15 years of Experience within Engineering & construction industry.
