¿ Marketing¿s overall strategic plan.¿ Budgetary/ scorecard targets.
¿ Ensure smooth functioning with other wealth management centers.
¿ Make regular recommendations to head / line manager about the new facilities required in the center.
¿ Ensure high level of customer experience and minimize customer complaints.
¿ Manage & monitor portfolio/relationships ensuring continuous management and maximization of profits. Business development and marketing to all potential premium customers.
