Job description
This vacancy is with our client, undertaking projects in oil & gas sectorJob Purpose:
¿ Provide supervisory and coordination role in supporting company scheduled pigging activities for subsea pipeline network
¿ Act as company representative to execute pipelines pigging related activities, including site surveys, temporary piping modifications, erecting and dismantling of temporary pig traps and related facilities, coordinates, supervise and follow up of pigging contractor and marine vessel movements and activities
Principle Accountabilities:
¿ Single point accountability to supervise, monitors and control contractors activities to perform pigging related activities
¿ Close and through follow-up, monitoring and control of contractor¿s pigging related activities and vessel movements and requirements
¿ Strong safety focus is essential especially during offshore operations
¿ Ensure safe work practice of all pigging related activities. This includes site survey, temporary modifications of existing facilities, installation and dismantling of temporary piping arrangements and other activities to facilitate pigging operations
¿ Supervise, monitors and control contractor vessel movement, requirements and performance
¿ Ensure implementation of company requirements, procedures and safe practices throughout all operation and vessel movements.
¿ Check and sign the contractor¿s related Daily reports
¿ Control and approve vessel¿s consumables requests
¿ Prepare and issue a monthly report summarizing work activities and addressing contractor¿s performance, strength and short falls
¿ Liaise with operations, maintenance, logistics, pigging contractor and vessel master to ensure safe and efficient work process
¿ Facilitate and coordinate contractor¿s personnel and equipment movements with respective company departments
¿ Monitor and control pigging equipment and personnel through all stages of the project execution
Communication & Organizational Relationships:
¿ Daily contact with Team Leaders, Section Leaders and Pipeline Integrity Specialist from own Division as well as other relevant sites divisions to plan and coordinate daily work related activities
¿ Close contact with pigging team supervisor, vessel master and field operation & planning to ensure safe work practice, efficient utilization of company resources and to execute planned work on schedule.
¿ Monitor, supervise and follow up contractors (pigging and vessel) offshore activities and requirements
¿ Coordinate pigging activities and vessel movement in line with work requirements and schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
¿ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
¿ Minimum 6 years experience in offshore oil & gas industry. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervising offshore pipeline pigging operation + relevant piping modifications, installation and planning
¿ Fluent in English, interpersonal communications, contracts and people management & supervisory skills. PC literate, Familiar with MS office

Rotation Cycle: 28 days ON followed by 28 days OFF
Working hours: 12 hours per day
