Job description
¿ University Degree in any discipline from an internationally recognized institution; preferable with MBA¿ Developing & implementing strategic and operational plans & activities of Real Estate and its products.
¿ Responsible in achieving the Sales Target of Real Estate Products and consolidation, transition of sales, product and marketing to meet the target within the specified timeframe.
¿ Support CCO in achieving the defined objectives and targets of Real Estate.
¿ Be responsible on Real Estate Product Planning, development, and Management ; Staff Village, Office Park, Free Hold Properties, related Amenities / Hospitalities, its Sales ( Leasing) and Commercial performances against the goals and ensure achievement within the prescribed timeframe and budget
¿ Overview the Real Estate products, product improvement (marketing mix) to help maintain a smooth, efficient product development process to achieve the corporate goals
¿ Proven track record in managing similar business functional departments of Real Estate
¿ Experienced of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues from various product of Free Zone Real Estate.
¿ Highly experienced in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organization
¿ Profound knowledge of the laws and regulations related to the leasing in UAE Free Zone
¿ High proficient in English and Arabic Language ¿ Especially in Speaking and good in writing ¿ other language will be an added advantage
¿ Has overall minimum 15 years of experience; in which minimum 8 years of experiences in senior management role; leading a large professional team responsible for Real Estate Sales & Product Development.
¿ Also possess good knowledge on regional & international market trends, practices, law and regulations of Free Zone real estate business.
¿ In which; minimum 4 years of experience in marketing for big multinational firm holding a position above middle management role and has 2 years of consultancy selling of Real Estate products
¿ Salary ¿ As per industry standard.
