Job description
¿ Provide support to Aviation District to be the leading Aviation Industries and Commercial Hub in the Region; provide Facilities, infrastructure, management, and business environment in which Technology based to deliver excellent output.¿ Research & Development Training, with a mission to be the premier resource and location that will facilitate World-Class research. Commercial implementation and business practices, Aviation District shall foster a community of professionals dedicated to significant technological breakthroughs in the industry.
¿ Attract Companies, business, consultancy majors, and MRO organizations from the Aviation industry worldwide to ensure that the Aviation District is the first ever dedicated to the different facets and unique demands of the Aviation Industries.
¿ Develop policy and procedures for Aviation District; define budget and have financial control on AviationDistrict; its performances and achievements.
¿ Manage and maintain relationship with Aviation District Stakeholders, Customers, and Service providers.
¿ University Degree in any discipline from an internationally recognised institution; preferable with MBA.
¿ Proven track record in managing similar business functional department of Aviation growth and revenues from various product of Aviation FreeZone.
¿ Knowledge of real estate and property business; especially selling products (land) to Aviation Industry ¿leasing land/MRO/FBO.
¿ Product Knowledge ¿ Aviation leasing ¿ products like land, MRO, FBO.
¿ A good Knowledge on legal contracts & finance projection.
¿ High proficient in English and Arabic Language ¿ Especially in Speaking and good in writing ¿ other language will be an added advantage
