Job description
This vacancy is with our client, dealing with wide range of cleaning and hygiene services.Duties:
¿ Responsible to manage all commercial cleaning projects
¿ Co-ordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning operatives in their duties
¿ Regular visit to sites to monitor standards of cleanliness
¿ Set and monitor appropriate performance objectives and standard for staff conducting probation review and dealing with staff discipline issues through timely interviews and investigation
¿ Monitor working time to ensure that overtime and staff timesheets are completed correctly
