Job description

A Senior Process Design Engineer shall design equipment and skids that shall perform the process function required by the end user in Oil and Gas industries with specific emphasis on Well test applications.
¿ Responsibilities revolve around the Mechanical & Process Design for equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Separators, Boilers, Surge tanks, Pump skids, Metering Skids, Tanks and Piping Assembly understanding code requirements for Design.
¿ Environmental protection and health and safety aspects are also significant concerns and paramount importance within this scope.
¿ Work is project orientated and requires multiple projects to be handled simultaneously.
¿ Developing and reviewing Piping and Instrumentation Drawing(PID),General arrangement Drawing (GAD), Isometric drawing, Structural drawing, detailed fabrication drawing of skid assemblies based on technical and client requirements;
¿ Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering / Oil and Gas Engineering disciplines
¿ 8 to 10 years experience on Design in Oil and Gas industry
¿ Use of PV Elite, Compress, Pipenet, Hysys, HTRI, UNISIM, PIPESIM etc.
¿ Direct experience in process simulation software such as Hysys, Pipenet, UNISIM, PIPESIM, PVElite, Compress, Pipenet, Caesar II etc., and thermal design software such as HTRI, Code-Calc etc. for Heat and Mass Balance.
¿ Computer skills ¿Word, Excel, PowerPoint
¿ Excellent command of the English language in both written & speech
¿ Salary: AED 20000- 23000 + family insurance and transportation to specific routes in Dubai and Sharjah
