Job description
¿ Plan, organize, direct and control the complete procurement functions and coordinate the procurement activities within the company and as well as with vendors.¿ Keep abreast of the latest developments in the market and explore new sources, assess them and evaluate their performance as per ¿Vendor approval¿.
¿ Follow up on the order and delivery of steel to ensure that the procurement functions are carried out as per the time frame at lowest possible cost.
¿ Conduct negotiations with Vendors and enter into Frame Agreements with Major Mills. Obtain best price and optimum payment terms for the company.
¿ 10-15 years of work related experience.
¿ At least 8 years of experience within a steel industry, At least 2 years in a Procurement Manager role.
¿ Conversant with international trade and business processes.
¿ Knowledge of material codes and specifications
¿ Candidates Preferred from the Steel Manufacturing industry is a Must!!!!
¿ Salary:25,000 AED
