Job description
Our client is looking forward to recruit a Chief ¿ Research & Analysis:-¿ Lead and manage the pilot plant operations, analysis & research activities including the performance evaluations of catalysts, new technology development etc & facilitate optimization of the refining operations in line with Company¿s business strategies.
¿ In liaison with the Management team, develop and facilitate the implementation of Key Performance Indicator framework for management reporting, updating of business processes in line with best practices and technology advances in order to achieve sustainability and enhance return on investment.
Minimum Requirements:
¿ PhD Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
¿ Minimum 20 years¿ experience in the refinery field in the oil & gas industry plus research methodology exposure.
