Job description

This vacancy is with our client, leading consulting company based in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

¿ Greets visitors/guests at Center premises.
¿ Assists with appointment schedules and Calendars and Meeting minutes.
¿ Operates Center telephone.
¿ Supports Strategy and Delivery Unit (SDU)
¿ Helps organize and maintain stock and supplies
¿ Schedules and maintains control of Center¿s Majilis area, Board Room and Main Conference room.
¿ Monitors and manages corporate faxes.
¿ Provide office and administrative assistance to OST staff and visiting corporate personnel.
¿ Helps coordinate binding and copier service.
¿ Requests drivers when requested by Mgt/DVs.
¿ Sends out mail through Empost or FEDEX.
¿ Organizes and maintains stock levels of all supplies in General use copier area.
¿ Assists with travel arrangement and Airport arrivals as required.
¿ Assists with inventory control of all Center assets.
¿ Additional Duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:

¿ Associate Degree in related business field.
¿ Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position or in customer service.
¿ Prefer Arab Nationals with good fluency in Arabic & English
¿ Proficiency in MS Office, MAC competency, ability to operate basic office equipment.
¿ Self-motivated, adaptable, responsive.
¿ Ability to maintain professionalism in an international and multicultural environment.
