We have been approached by our client, French Collaboration Company undertaking projects in oil & gas sector for the position of ¿Field HSE Site Supervisor¿ in Abu Dhabi

Required Qualifications/Experience:

¿ Proven record of proactively building relationships in an oil/gas service contractor company or operator with relevant offshore and HSE experience
¿ Formal HSE qualification preferred
¿ Experience in successfully applying health and safety standards and procedures and the ability to develop thorough knowledge of companyand group standards and procedures
¿ Experience in HSE compliance monitoring and auditing
¿ Experience in providing HSE coaching and training
¿ Training in incident investigation preferred
¿ Offshore HUET/Survival Certificate and medical and willingness to work offshore
¿ Working knowledge of company rules and guidance preferred
¿ Knowledge of Permit to Work best practice
¿ Training and experience of intervention Team management
¿ Ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of the organization
¿ English fluently spoken and written
¿ Strong experience in HSE construction supervision

Work Location: Offshore Abu Dhabi
Rotation cycle: 29 days ON followed by 27 days OFF
