¿10 years of experience, in a majority of the key functional areas of competence based performance measurement, talent management, human capital acquisition, learning & development, employee relations and organizational development.
¿ Must possess related business experience in human capital and Talent Management, human capital Strategic, Career Assessment, Employee Management, Organization development, implementing competency based Performance Management System etc.
¿ Well versed in Oracle and HRMS with the ability to drive a good organization.
¿ Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
¿ MBA is a Must!!!!
¿ Salary:53,000 AED
