This vacancy is for our client, French Collaboration Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description ¿ General Profile
Brownfield project requires an experienced onshore & offshore Construction Supervisor to be part of PMT. This requires a documentation managerial and practical supervision role
¿ Construction Point of Contact for all construction activities
¿ Further development of Offshore Construction Work Packs
¿ Review of onshore tenders for onshore pre-fabrication scope
¿ Construction point of contact for onshore pre-fabrication scope
¿ Acts as supervisor during offshore hook-up
¿ Construction interface with ADMA-OPCO, offshore production and contractors
¿ Reports directly to Project Manager / part of a small PMT organization & during offshore construction also report to Offshore Construction superintendent
¿ Defines, develops and provides input to planning and project reports
¿ Ensures all offshore documentation and certification is strictly adhered to
¿ Must interface with existing DO/EP engineering and Construction
¿ Supervision of the safe and effective execution of the Project work scope in accordance with approved operating procedures
¿ Conduct and/or participate in safety activities such as Tool Box Talks, Job Hazard Analyses, management of change, risk Assessments etc
¿ Conduct and/or participate in Constructability reviews
Activities - Required
¿ Further develop Offshore Work Packs to definer all offshore tasks, identifying pre-shut down, shutdown and post shutdown activities
¿ Management/monitoring of onshore fabrication contractor performance and progress
¿ Supervision of offshore workforce and implement all necessary project documentation, including certification, progress reporting and timesheets recording
¿ Provide input to planning for all onshore and offshore activities
¿ Internal contact for all construction related activities
¿ Participate in all project meetings and regular follow-up by line management

Required Skills:
¿ Must have worked on offshore projects, preferably brownfield ¿ onshore experience only candidates will not be considered
¿ Have home office Work Pack development experience
¿ Have offshore construction/hook-up experience, including working in SIMOPS and/or shutdown
¿ Had interface with pre-commissioning and commissioning
¿ Knowledge in ICAPS and Opercom is and advantage
¿ Previous experience in mechanical completion requirements, either documentation or database preferable
¿ Knowledge of logistical requirements
¿ Good interpersonal and communication skills
¿ Interfaced with Client, operations and contractors. Able to be a Team Player, decision maker and Leadership qualities
Qualification & Experience Required
¿ Bachelor degree in engineering
¿ 10 to 15 years experience (at least 40% offshore projects)
¿ Must have worked on offshore projects, preferably Brownfield ¿ onshore experience only candidates will not be considered

Work Location: Onshore ¿ Office Abu Dhabi and selected onshore pre-fabrication contractor
