This vacancy is for our government client undertaking projects in Petrochemical Industry

Basic Function:
¿ Supervises and controls operations of Gas Processing and Treating section consisting of Hydrogen Recovery unit Saturated Gas Treating unit, Saturated LPG Treating unit. Hydrogen (steam/reformer) unit, PSA and Naphtha Hydro treating unit to produce environmental friendly refined value added predetermined quantities of specified for the plant
¿ Meets production and quality targets set in conjunction with production planning to meet marketing demands
¿ Reviews operating parameters and plant conditions in continual bases, modifies them as per companys procedures, trouble-shoots plant problems and handles plant emergencies to ensure that the plants are operated safely and efficiently. Closely involved in the maintained planning aspects and job safety analysis to ensure that .all the work carried out in his area meets HSE standards
¿ Ensures optimal consumption of chemicals, energy and other additives to produce right mix and product blends as agreed
¿ Initiates and review plant improvement, modification, and operating/capital budget proposals in line with the best operating practices and industry7 trends
¿ Monitors the training function in the department to achieve predetermined nationalization targets implements the CBT program
¿ Ensures that the HSEMS system is fully implemented in his area
¿ Ensures that all the releases to atmosphere are well controlled to meet the companys environmental standards

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
1- Minimum Educational

Qualifications:
B. Sc in chemical Engineering or Equivalent.
2- Minimum Year of Relevant Experience:
9 Years of diversified experience in refinery/gas processing operations of which 4 years should have been in a senior supervisor) level at Gas Sweetening and Treating, Hydrogen Producing Plants.
