Job description
¿ Responsible to receive the sales order file from sales¿ Responsible for sending the material for modification (galvanizing/machining or etc) to sub-contractors as per the sales order requirements.
¿ Ensuring the documents (technical or commercial-as applicable) required for the order completion are in place by respective depts. or sub-contractor or foreign supplier.
¿ Responsible for maintaining SO (Sales Order) File and Keeping a hard copy of all correspondence (Sales, Purchase, Quality, MTC¿s and Finance, Shipping release note, Inspections release note, shipping documents.
Qualification:
¿Graduate ( Preferred : Science )
¿Good Communication / Correspondence Skill - ( Verbal and Written )
¿Well versed in MS OFFICE .i.e. Word , Excel
¿Minimum experience of 3 Years as an expeditor.
