¿Looking out for 8 to 10 Yrs experience in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, planning, monitoring, appraising, enforcing policies and procedures.
¿Conduct market and customer satisfaction surveys as required.
¿Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
¿Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
¿Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Skills:Customer Service, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Staffing, Planning, , Developing Standards, Help Desk Experience.
