Our client, a leading oil and gas company is looking forward to recruit Field Maintenance Supervisor

Below is the Details

Role and Scope
¿ Directs and controls and supervise contracted workforce engaged in maintenance of Well Head Towers installation (mobile team) in complex.
¿ Direct and supervise mechanical planned maintenance in WHT.
¿ Fabrication and modification works carried out on all offshore above and sub-sea structures.
¿ Ensures adherence to Company¿s established procedures and approved engineering standards.

Main duties and Responsibilities
¿ Supervises and Controls mechanical maintenance activities of assigned contractors.
¿ Determining maintenance work priorities including tower preparation for drilling rig approach.
¿ Carries out all MAXIMO activities such as: creating Work Request & Work Order, ordering materials, scheduling and completing the work orders as and when completed
¿ Schedules planned maintenance programmes and ensure that they are carried out promptly and efficiently as per company maintenance procedure.

Minimum Requirements
¿ Secondary technical certificate followed by 2-years formal training leading to a technical diploma.
¿ 6 years experience in mechanical maintenance, fabrication and modification work of which at least 4 years in offshore oil installations and 2 years in supervisory capacity.
