Job description

Our client, a leading machinery manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Employee Relations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Performance, Policies and Employee Relations function and resources and ensure that the below functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on the overall performance of the Performance, Policies and Employee Relations function for the Senior Manager, Human Capital
- Perform periodic performance appraisals for the team within the Performance, Policies and Employee Relations function
- Manage the grievance handling process for the organization and ensure effective implementation of the grievance procedures to ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR Committee agenda and follow-up are handled on a timely basis

Minimum Requirements
¿ Bachelor degree in Business Administration / HR / or equivalent.
¿ Preferably Masters Degree in HR or equivalent.
¿ Relevant industry certifications (e.g. SHRP, CIPD, etc)

Preferred Experience:
10 - 12 Years of relevant HR experience related to Performance, Policies and Employee Relations; at least 4 years of which in a managerial role within a government / public sector organization
