Job description

¿ Meet expected growth and technical requirements by establishing a well planed talent acquisition strategy and comprehensive training / development programs
¿ Establish succession planning, career development and leadership programs for various levels of the organization
¿ Drive the performance appraisal process and ensure that accurate tools of KPI measurements are in place
¿ Bachelor or diploma Degree with HR designation. Master¿s Degree in HR is preferred with 10 plus years experience
¿ Experienced in managing the training function in large organizations
¿ Ability to prepare training and performance modules.
¿ Travel to Iraq when required.
