Job description

Job Specifications:
¿ Translates a variety of documents (eg: forms, letters, memos, bulletins, correspondence etc) from English to Arabic & vice versa
¿ Read and prepare a variety of documents (eg: forms, letters, memos, bulletins) in English/ Arabic & vice versa as required
¿ Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
¿ Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
¿ Perform general office duties such as maintaining routine inquiries
¿ Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems and performing basic book keeping work
¿ Prepare agenda s & make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
¿ Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
¿ Attend meetings in order to record minutes of English/Arabic
¿ Manage and maintain executive¿s schedules

Minimum Requirements:
¿ Bachelor¿s degree in Arts or related discipline
¿ Fluent in English and Arabic speaking, writing and translating
¿ Expert in Microsoft Word & Excel
¿ Minimum 5 years experience in a reputed company
