Job description
¿ Report to TTTL on the Progress, Attendance and Achievement of employees under development/training.¿ In collaboration with other L&D staff, design, produce and deliver discipline-related short courses.
¿ Support Training Centre team in their delivery and assessment of the practical competence of the workforce.
¿ Deliver practical courses as required, to enhance practical skills and build upon theory.
¿ Conduct GAP analysis exercises and liaise with Training Centre Team to produce action plans.
