This vacancy is for our client, French Collaboration Company undertaking projects in oil & gas sector.

Job Description:
¿ Assist the Head of Methods Mechanical in all activities relating to platform Mechanical Equipment (Pumps, Diesel Generators, FWP, Valves, Cranes, Static Equipment/Exchangers/Vessels).
¿ Assist site operational personnel as appropriate: contribute to troubleshooting and problem solving, detecting anomalies, diagnosing failures, setting up plans for equipment overhaul, validating proposed technical solutions.
¿ Manage, support and supervise repair at onshore workshops of mechanical equipment.
¿ Resource SAP maintenance work orders for Discipline, Services and Material requirements managed by Onshore Mechanical Technical support.
¿ Provides input into 6 weekly maintenance plans.
¿ Assist with preparation of work instructions and work packs for onshore technical site support.
¿ Create Material Masters, New Stock Item Requests, Material Return or Scrap Documents.
¿ The job holder with sometimes have to supervise Contractors at site during specific maintenance activities coordinated by Onshore Technical Support.
¿ Provide assistance to Process and/or Engineering departments to ensure that all modification works are properly defined.
¿ Ensure all maintenance documentation associated with Site modification works has been considered and addressed i.e. SAP database updated with spares and PMRs.
¿ Monitor the Mechanical Equipment condition, record data/parameters, highlight areas of concern and make recommendations to ensure that the equipment is operated and maintained in an effective manner.
¿ Ensure planned maintenance routines on Static Equipment, Cranes, Diesel Generator, FWP and Pumps are appropriate and make recommendations for change to Head of Methods Mechanical to maximize maintenance efficiency.

Environment:
¿ Job is onshore based
¿ However the job holder will have to carry out daily mission or spot jobs on a Middle East offshore
production complex in a typically hot, humid marine environment.
¿ Daily work involves communicating with many different nationalities up to 30),
¿ Installations subject to highly corrosive conditions from sour process and marine environment -experience in such domain is an advantage.
¿ The focus will be to deliver the best and most balanced performance in terms of safety, production and cost.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
¿ 10 years experience with Mechanical Equipment (Pumps, Cranes, Diesel Generator, Valves, static Equipment/vessels/exchangers.) and E&P oil/gas
¿ Offshore experience is an advantage
¿ Good understanding of plant operating principles and maintenance practices for oil and gas processing, water Injection, gas injection and well operations
¿ Good spoken and written knowledge of English language
¿ Experience with SAP Computerized maintenance management system
¿ Proficient use of computer application packages (MS office...)

Work Location:
Onshore (Abu Dhabi Main Offices) with visits offshore and to the onshore logistics base at Mussafah
