Our client, a leading oil refining company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Systems and Procedures Specialist

Responsibilities
Enhances Refinery business processes by defining procedures, deconstructing strategies and identifying non value activities and systems in order to promote improvements to Refinery performance.
Reviews and analyses operations coordination procedures, control procedures, internal workflow control procedures, and business processes and recommends improvement proposals for simplification and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

¿ B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, with other related business studies
¿ Minimum 10 years¿ experience in the petroleum refining/hydrocarbon processing industry in diversified roles, with at least 8 years systems and procedures analysis experience
¿ Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry
¿ Knowledge of refinery systems, procedures and key performance indicators
¿ Progress measuring skills
¿ Analytical and decision making skills
¿ Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal
¿ Experience with large scale organisational change effort.
¿ Experience in using management systems such as MAXIMO and SAP
¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
¿ Excellent organisational, management and planning skills
