Job description
Reporting to the Human Capabilities Manager, you will be responsible for:¿ Providing expertise in the areas of set up, maintenance, analysis and integration of Human Capabilities analytics, key indicators. Human Capabilities includes learning & development, career development, competency development, talent and succession management.
¿ Supporting the implementation of strategies to develop the careers and competency level of all employees for all locations in PTE, with a special focus on either Asia Pacific or Middle East, in close co-operation with Competence Centre (Learning & Development) Human Capabilities.
¿ Supporting the implementation of human capabilities plans
¿ Supporting the promotion of effective people management within Asia Pacific / Middle East by developing and communicating policy processes and tools in training and development, competency development, career development, talent and succession management
¿ Ensuring that the Human Capabilities tools support employees competence to implement business objectives by prioritising expertise in design & implementation of learning tools
¿ Managing the development of HRIS and maintain it in operation
Be the HRIS Business Process Analyst and Specialist for the Human Capabilities function in the sales and marketing organisation
¿ Responsible for company level human capabilities data management
¿ Ensuring efficient processing of training and talent management information
¿ Producing company level analytics and reports
¿ Setting up processes to monitor L&D key performance indicators
¿ Supporting budget processes and management
¿ Integrating and update core processes across the regions and human capabilities function
¿ Producing company level training needs analysis (include data collection, analysis, recommendations)
¿ Co-coordinating the review of efficacy of corporate programmes
¿ Building and maintain master training catalogue and calendar
¿ Be responsible for specific competence areas:
o Participate in the design and development of competency and career management Maintain competency plans and roadmaps
o Implement, track, maintain and update competency profiles
Design, implement, track and maintain training plans, training roadmaps and training programmes. This could be done in consultation with subject matter experts
o Implement evaluation processes and procedures to ensure quality delivery of learning and development
¿ Facilitating workshops but may not conduct training
¿ Supporting the implementation of administrative requirements such as audit findings
¿ Supporting and implement Emiratisation plan through development actions for UAE Nationals in Asia Pacific.
¿ Supporting the design of selection tools
¿ Coordinating with functional leaders and Unit Managers to prioritize competency and developmental requirements by reference to the Companys business strategy.
¿ Working closely with employees to understand their needs and identify gaps
¿ Updating the line department on relevant external trends and events
¿ Representing in building corporate profile with external stakeholders
¿ Working closely with line managers to identify relevant developmental plans and to obtain buy-in
¿ Liaising with external networks outside the company
¿ Contributing to wide network and drive local network to share best practices and to increase participation in decision making
¿ Working closely with the Competence Centre Human Capabilities in Abu Dhabi HR as well as the HR teams in Asia Pacifc
Minimum Requirements
¿ At least a University degree with postgraduate qualification in HRD or HRM
¿ Minimum 3-5 years experience in the planning and implementation of competency development, career development and training in a large international establishment
¿ Experience in training and competency development in Asia Pacific markets
¿ Experience in setting up and maintaining HRIS
¿ Experience in data management and analysis
¿ Knowledge of relevant systems and processes
¿ Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and regulations
¿ Understanding of Borouge and its businesses
¿ Organizational development, facilitation skills
¿ Training design, analysis and process
¿ Experience in project management
¿ Excellent in spoken and written English
¿ Consulting and coaching ability
¿ Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
¿ Systems orientation in planning
¿ Competence in relevant systems/ tools
¿ Excellent presentation
¿ Extremely proficient in Microsoft office applications especially excel and powerpoint
¿ Preference for those familiar with SAP
